Reiki healing at Tender

Reiki is Japanese for "Universal Life Force Energy". It is an energy healing technique using gentle hand movements that help guide a healthy flow of energy. It is a relaxing and heart-opening treatment. We will begin with breathing exercises until you reach a relaxed state. I will then put my palms above your body in a number of positions and sequences, all while you relax on the bed and take in the healing frequencies and aromas of the studio. Reiki sessions could take 45-60 minutes.
